I am crazy over Focaccia Bread!
I've begun using my sourdough starter to create various flavors of Focaccia bread. It appears to be the simplest and most delicious thing ever, regardless of what you mix into it or place on top.

I grate fresh Swiss cheese and combine it with diced ham. Next, I blend melted butter, mustard, poppy seeds, garlic, and salt. I incorporate some of the cheese into my basic sourdough recipe, dump in 9x13 pan, then make dimples on the dough's surface, place the remaining cheese on top, and pour the melted butter mixture over it, dimpling again. Bake for 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
