The Magic of Sourdough

Several months ago, I embarked on a journey of making bread. My eldest daughter, Lauren, introduced me to sourdough bread baking. The experience has been incredibly rewarding, and we enjoy both the health benefits and the delicious taste. I began with my own sourdough starter and faced some challenges for a few weeks, but then I received a portion of a more mature starter, and everything improved from there. I've baked both round and traditional loaves, and it is immensely satisfying.
